About the Author

Jim Miller, author of Heavy Jets, brings a lifetime of adventure to his fiction.  He’s been to every continent and every major world capital.  A career in the military included years of service in Viet Nam, Thailand, Germany and almost a dozen stateside bases.  He was the director of operations for the Presidential wing at Andrews Air Force Base during the Reagan/Bush years where he flew the First Family and many other world leaders.  Along the way, he was certified as a psychologist, became a restaurateur and now serves as a 747 pilot for a major airline.  Now he’s turned his attention to crafting adventure stories with unique characters and offbeat plots.  His story lines are unpredictable, fast-paced and intense.  Just try to put one down.
